A Florida native, Krista is highly attuned to the lifestyle her clients desire and the unique qualities each of our Southwest Florida communities has to offer. Growing up in a real estate family, Krista developed a passion for helping people find their dream homes. Helping people is what fuels her success and her many repeat customers.
Krista is experienced in both the local resale market, and new construction having worked for Pulte Homes in their new construction sales center in WildBlue at the outset of the community. That knowledge provides a new home buyer assistance from contract to closing, navigating builder incentives, assisting in the finish selection process, as well as advising buyers on how to get the most from their builder warranty. Additionally, Krista has successfully listed and sold numerous resale properties in Southwest Florida. She prides herself on a large portion of her business coming from her loyal past customers who refer their family and friends.
Krista shares the Waterfront Lifestyle Group team passion for our beautiful coastal community, and enjoys boating, wake surfing, and fishing. She is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in business and psychology. She lives in Estero with her husband Ty, a commercial realtor, and their two young sons.
